Looking for career growth and love Retail? Let’s Talk!
We have paw-some leadership opportunities at our store in Northmead.
If you are a leader seeking a change of industry, an assistant manager, duty manager or supervisor ready to take it to the next level, our stores may be just what you’re looking for.
Why Join PetO?
Since our founding in 2007, our 17 PetO Stores have grown into a household name in NSW. With the recent addition of 41 new stores and 22 vet clinics and grooming salons to our network, we’re continuing to expand our paws across Australia (now available in VIC, TAS, ACT, QLD and...WA!).
And the best part? Our customers. Pet parents are genuinely some of the most passionate people you’ll meet. You’ll spend your day greeting, chatting about pets, seeing (and cuddling) dogs, and occasionally meeting some delightfully quirky pets too — because our stores are pet friendly.
We are proudly adoption first. You won’t see live animals for sale in our stores. Instead, you’ll partner with local rescues and shelters, support community adoption events, and help pets find their forever homes.
This is your chance to join our team as a Manager in Training, and grow into a leadership role as we continue to revolutionize pet retail and customer experience.

If you are prepared to work smart, have fun while achieving great results, and want a fulfilling career in an ethical company — with the bonus of daily dog cuddles — we’d love to hear from you. This is a customer-focused role for people who truly love engaging with pet parents, talking about pets all day, and going above and beyond to help.
If you would like to have a confidential conversation about a career at PetO contact us at ••••@peto.com.au.
