About the Role

An exceptional leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join one of the Inner West's most respected real estate agencies.

Overseeing a high-performing multi-office residential sales network, you'll be responsible for driving performance, recruiting and developing top talent, and executing the strategic growth of an already thriving business. Working closely with the Directors, you'll build a high-performance culture across multiple offices, ensuring each team is accountable, motivated and consistently achieving exceptional results.

This is a genuine executive leadership opportunity for an accomplished Sales Manager or an elite-performing Sales Agent ready to transition into senior leadership with the influence, support and earning potential to match.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Sales Managers and Sales Agents across multiple offices
• Recruit, attract and retain high-performing sales professionals
• Conduct regular coaching, training and performance reviews
• Drive listing, prospecting and sales activity across the network
• Support teams with appraisals, negotiations and complex transactions
• Develop and implement business growth initiatives
• Monitor KPIs, market share and overall office performance
• Work closely with the Directors on strategic planning and business expansion

About You

• Proven experience leading high-performing residential sales teams
• Previous multi-office or senior sales leadership experience is highly regarded
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
• Demonstrated success in residential listings and sales
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building ability
• Current Class 1 Real Estate Licence preferred
• Passionate about building high-performing teams and growing market share
