WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead mentor and develop procurement team members fostering a high-performance culture
- Set performance expectations, monitor KPI's, and provide coaching and training
- Develop, implement and continuously improve end to end procurement strategies
- Provide strategic procurement advice and insights to Executive Leadership Team
- Identify and implement cost optimisation and value creation
- Establish manage and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Manage accuracy of inventory, product master data across procurement, and customer facing platforms
- Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing and finance teams

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 5 years' procurement experience, purchasing or supply chain management
- Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, developing procurement and operational teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Strong commercial, analytical, and financial management capabilities, including budgeting, and cost control
- Highly organised and results focused with the ability to prioritise workloads
