About the Role
Our client is seeking a Project Controls & Cost Management Executive to support the delivery of major data centre projects across the APAC region, based in Singapore.
This role will suit candidates with a background in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Commercial Management, Project Controls or Construction Project Delivery who are keen to develop their exposure within the fast-growing data centre sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support project budgeting, forecasting and cost control activities
Review quotations, cost estimates, contractor claims and variation orders
Assist with tender evaluations, procurement activities and contract administration
Monitor project schedules, milestones and progress reporting
Prepare project reports and cost reports for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with contractors, consultants and project teams to support successful project delivery
Support project controls, benchmarking and governance initiatives
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Commercial Management, Contracts Administration, Project Controls or Project Delivery
Exposure to cost control, budgeting, forecasting or contract administration
Experience with variation orders, claims, procurement or tendering activities
Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling tools
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial or data centre projects is an advantage
