About the role

EisnerAmper PAC is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate in Restructuring & Insolvency Services to join our dynamic team in the City Hall Central Region. This is a full-time position offering a compelling opportunity to develop expertise in corporate restructuring and insolvency services within a leading accounting and advisory firm.

In this role, you will work on complex insolvency and corporate recovery matters, providing strategic advice to clients navigating challenging financial situations. You will be integral to supporting our team in delivering high-quality insolvency services, including administrations, liquidations, CVAs and other restructuring solutions. This position offers significant scope for professional development and the chance to build a rewarding career in a rapidly evolving sector.

Key responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation and execution of insolvency procedures, including private trustee in bankruptcy, schemes of arrangement, judicial management, receiverships, liquidations, and other bankruptcy processes

Conducting financial analysis and investigating company affairs to identify key issues, risks and opportunities

Preparing reports and documentation for creditors, courts and regulatory authorities

Liaising with clients, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of insolvency cases

Managing case administration and maintaining detailed records and documentation

Contributing to business development activities and building client relationships

Supporting senior team members in strategic decision-making and restructuring planning

Assisting with due diligence work and valuation exercises as required

Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and professional standards

What we're looking for

Relevant degree or professional qualification in accounting

Ideally, ISCA, ICAEW, ACCA or similar accounting qualification or working towards a relevant professional designation

Knowledge of insolvency law and corporate recovery practices, or a strong commitment to developing expertise in this area

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Proficiency in financial analysis and working with accounting software and business tools

Professional approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively under pressure

A proactive attitude to learning and professional development
