About the role
The Kindergarten Care Programme Staff plays a key role in delivering a safe, engaging, and enriching our kindergarten children. Working closely with the Kindergarten Care Centre Supervisor and fellow Kindergarten Care staff, you will support children's holistic development by providing quality care, and fostering a positive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities
Provide quality care and supervision to kindergarten children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment.
Carry out daily classroom routines, including attendance taking, meal supervision, hygiene practices, rest time, and transitions.
Observe children's development and provide feedback to the Centre Head on their progress and well-being.
Comply with all organisational policies, child safeguarding requirements, health and safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirement
Relevant experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children is preferred.
Passionate about working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Physically able to support children's daily routines and classroom activities.
Organised, responsible, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
At least L1 trained
