Contract
As a Payroll Executive (3 months contract), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage two monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
Process payroll inputs including new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and adjustments.
Conduct payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll checks.
Handle statutory submissions including CPF, IRAS and other regulatory requirements.
Respond to employees’ payroll enquiries professionally and promptly.
Prepare payroll reports, journals and reconciliation reports for Finance.
Support payroll system migration, testing, data validation and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist with other payroll and HR administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
