About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Recovery Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our massage and recovery establishment. You will manage a team of therapists and front-desk staff, drive membership and revenue growth, and ensure every guest leaves with a consistently excellent experience.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily running of the outlet, including scheduling, treatment room turnover, and facility upkeep

Ensure hygiene, safety, and licensing standards are met at all times (including MOH/relevant licensing requirements for massage establishments)

Manage inventory of oils, linens, and treatment supplies; liaise with vendors

Recruit, onboard, and train therapists and front-desk staff

Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance/leave

Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary matters

Uphold service SOPs and treatment quality standards

Drive walk-in conversions, package sales, and membership sign-ups

Manage renewals and reduce member/customer churn

Plan and execute promotions, upselling initiatives, and partnerships

About you

Minimum 2 years' experience in spa, massage, or wellness establishment management

At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Sales-driven mindset with a track record of hitting revenue/membership targets

Familiar with Singapore's licensing requirements for massage establishments (an advantage)

Good communication skills; able to handle customers and staff professionally

Proficient in basic reporting/POS systems
