The Person

• Previous experience in residential Property Management
• Strong knowledge of current tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and proactive when dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Solutions-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
• Team-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service

The Role

• Manage a residential property portfolio and act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
• Oversee tenant communication and support provided by the Property Manager
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, quotes, and renovation works
• Manage rental arrears, breach notices, lease renewals, and rent reviews
• Prepare documentation for tenancy changes and tribunal matters
• Attend tribunal hearings when required
• Liaise with the Leasing Consultant to ensure properties are marketed effectively
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting requirements
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
