About us
National Solar Network (NSN) is a growing Queensland-owned solar and battery installation business operating across the Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, and Rockhampton. We design and install quality solar and battery systems for residential homes. We are currently building our marketing in-house moving away from agencies as we scale.
About the role
We're after a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to run our paid advertising day-to-day. This is where our leads come from, so the focus is tight: plan, launch and optimise lead-generation campaigns on Meta and Google, and keep our cost-per-lead moving in the right direction across multiple regions.
You'll work directly with the owners and sales team. We want someone experienced enough to run campaigns autonomously and bring ideas.
What you'll do
Plan, launch and optimise paid lead-gen campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
Manage budgets across our regions and shift spend to what's working
Set up and monitor lead forms and conversion tracking, and flag when something breaks
Report on cost-per-lead, spend and results in plain English
Coordinate ad creative (imagery, video, copy) and keep it on-brand
About you
Proven experience running paid social and/or Google Ads that generate leads (please share results or examples)
Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and reading the numbers to make decisions
Organised and self-directed — able to juggle several regions and budgets at once
Australian working rights and within commuting distance of the Sunshine Coast
What we offer
Part-time: 3 days per week, 8 hours per day (24 hours/week), with genuine flexibility on when you work
From $45/hr depending on experience, plus super
Based at our Corbould Park office — 7/18 Claude Boyd Parade, Corbould Park QLD 4551
Work directly with the owners, decisions get made in a conversation, not a committee
Lead our paid advertising, with genuine autonomy day-to-day
