Workfast is looking for a Warehouse All-Rounder to join our client’s team, a leading provider of 3PL warehousing and distribution services in Sydney.

Pay rate: $36.50 per hour + super
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-time hours, Ongoing)
Location: Moorebank NSW

Candidates must have the ability to operate high-reach forklifts and be proficient in daily warehousing duties. This role requires an ongoing commitment and a proactive approach to handling varied freight and inventory. This is a versatile warehouse position for an adaptable operator ready to handle a mix of machinery operation, accurate order fulfilment, and general warehouse duties to support the on-site team.

What you need

• Mandatory Forklift License (LF) with proven High Reach Forklift experience.
• Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and an active work ethic.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet physical warehouse requirements, including loading and unloading stock.
• Valid Photo ID and right to work in Australia.

What you will be doing

• Safely and efficiently operating high-reach forklifts to load, unload, and organise stock.
• Picking and packing products accurately according to orders for a diverse client base.
• Assisting with inventory control, stock placement, and general warehouse all-rounder tasks.
• Coordinating with team supervisors to execute daily tasks and meet operational targets.
• Complying with site WHS policies to maintain a safe and organised working environment.
