Client is an established, well respected and specialist consultancy offering professional construction services as an end to end client side project manager. As result of continued growth they are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager and to join their business

Your new role
The role is a traditional client-side role. It will involve working alongside variety of clients to manage their projects end to end from inception right through to project delivery. Providing technical leadership from planning, design, approvals, procurement and right through to management of main contractors as a supers re through to project completion. The client has varied client base covering public sector projects in health and education in addition to private developers in the retail space. The role is client facing, so requires an effective positive, proactive communication style.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for an experienced client-side project manager. Candidates will either be tertiary qualified in architecture, quantity surveying or construction management and will ideally have experience working for a similar consultancy delivering similar projects. If that experience is in the southeast Queensland region with network of clients, sub-consultancies and contractors that would be a plus
