The company is a well established construction company that works across a wide variety of areas, including Sports Stadia, Universities, Schools, Aged Care and Social Care. They have an extremely stable team and pride themselves on their ability to retain and develop talent.

Due to growth, they are now looking for their next Senior Estimator to join the dynamic team.

THE MUST-HAVES:

• Proven estimating experience in commercial construction
• Must be able to run a tender from conception to completion
• Skillset in tendering, contracts management, cost/value reporting, measurement, BOQ's, scope of works
• Knowledge of Melbourne construction market, subcontractors, and local suppliers;
• A high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills;
• Software experience with, Cubit, Cost-X, or Other;
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction or Tertiary Degree in Construction Management Or Project Management (Ideal);
• Mentoring or previous experience leading a small team (Nice to have)
