Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and surgeons during fertility treatment procedures in the operating theatre.
• Perform ultrasound scans, artificial insemination, and other clinical procedures as assigned.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to support patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Provide circulating support during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Perform scrub nurse duties independently while maintaining strict aseptic and sterile techniques.
• Maintain surgical instruments, inventory records, and operating theatre readiness.
• Provide financial counselling and explain treatment plans and associated costs to patients.
• Manage patient medical records and medications in compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Perform venipuncture and blood collection procedures according to established protocols.
• Coordinate with clinics and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Assist with stock-taking, procurement, and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Ability to perform clinical procedures, including venipuncture and patient care duties.
• Experienced in operating theatre settings and scrub nursing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care and counselling.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage medical records, inventory, and documentation accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
