By working collaboratively across the University and with external partners, the team helps create inclusive pathways into higher education while building strong community connections throughout Western Australia.

About the opportunity

• Lead the design and implementation of community engagement, outreach and access strategies, including targeted plans for priority regional communities and underrepresented student cohorts.
• Provide strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement and governance support to ensure outreach initiatives are aligned, impactful, culturally appropriate and responsive to community needs.
• Develop data, evaluation and reporting frameworks that generate actionable insights, support continuous improvement and demonstrate program outcomes and impact.

About you

• Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in community engagement, education, outreach, stakeholder partnerships, project delivery or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic plans, programs or initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and evaluation capability, including experience using data and evidence to inform planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, governance groups and external partners.
• Proven ability to engage respectfully and effectively with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, student groups and regional stakeholders.
