Farm Operations Supervisor

A well-established, family-owned farming and transport enterprise on the Eyre Peninsula is seeking an experienced Farm Operations Supervisor to assist in day-to-day responsibilities for our cropping and livestock operations.

About the role: You'll assist in day to day operations across a modern, well maintained machinery fleet including Case IH 9250 headers, Case IH 8240 headers, and late-model Miller Nitro equipment. Beyond harvest and cropping work, you'll also take on fencing, water infrastructure maintenance, and general farm duties as they arise. You'll be trusted to work independently, driven by initiative, make sound calls in the field, and take genuine pride in the condition of our gear.

What you bring:

Proven experience operating and caring for Case IH 9250 & 8240 headers

Experience with late-model Miller Nitro equipment

Practical skills in fencing, water infrastructure, and general farm maintenance

Mechanically minded, with the ability to forecast issues before they arise and get on top of them with a quick, practical fix

A diligent, initiative-driven work ethic — you don't need to be told twice

Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

Experience across both cropping and livestock operations

MC licence highly regarded (not essential, but a strong advantage)

Loyalty, reliability, and a genuine long-term outlook
