Woods & Co have partnered with a fast growing, market leading consultancy, seeking a driven B2B Sales Consultant to join a high performing sales team, uncovering and qualifying opportunities for our senior consulting team.

As a B2B Sales Consultant, you'll engage small to medium (SME) Australian businesses, introduce our client's solutions, and secure qualified appointments for our senior consulting team.

What's in it for you?

• $65,000 - $70,000 + Super + Comms
• St Kilda Road Office
• Outstanding onboarding process with ongoing career development
• Scaleable commission structure

What you'll do:

• Make 30 to 40 outbound calls per day across a mix of warm and cold leads
• Manage deal cycles, from obtaining the client's from initial contact through to to tender and close
• Build and manage a pipeline of SMEclients across industries
• Work with SME clients with accounts worth several hundred thousand dollars
• Report to the Sales Manager, with oversight from the CEO

What you need?

• 2+ years in a B2B sales environment, ideally in a phone based or solutions sales role
• Confident, resilient phone manner suited to high volume outbound sales
• Self motivated with the drive to build and manage your own client pipeline
• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from lead through to close
