About the Role

Redrock Maintenance is seeking an experienced Painter to join our growing team. You’ll work across residential, commercial, and maintenance projects, delivering high‑quality finishes and reliable service. The role suits someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can operate independently or as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Interior and exterior painting

Surface preparation, patching, sanding, priming

Colour matching and product selection

Application of acrylic, enamel, and specialty coatings

Minor plaster repairs and finishing

Maintaining clean, safe work areas

Working to job schedules and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven painting experience (trade qualified preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised

Good communication and customer service skills

Current driver’s licence

White Card

Ability to work in hot Kimberley conditions and on varied job sites

Police check
