We are seeking committed and reliable Room Attendants (casual and part-time) looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, helping to set the standard for cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction at one of Geelong's premium hospitality destinations.

A little taste of your day to day

Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards in line with IHG Way of Clean standards.

Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with requests and enquiries, upholding Crowne Plaza’s "Dare to Connect" service philosophy at every interaction.

Report cleaning progress, maintenance concerns, and any issues requiring attention.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Monitor and control housekeeping supplies to minimise waste and maintain operational efficiency.

Assist with lost property by helping reunite guests with misplaced items.

Support regular deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping initiatives as required.

What We Need From You

Proven experience as a Room Attendant within hotels and resorts.

Physically fit and comfortable with bending, lifting, and being on your feet throughout the shift.

Availability and commitment to work between at least 2-3 shifts per week.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.

Current valid Australian working rights.
