Supporting project managers and delivery leads to translate service blueprints into work packages for delivery teams

Working with other designers and technology staff to identify opportunities to reuse existing capabilities and platforms, and identify dependencies between projects and products

Planning and running user research and usability testing to ensure newly designed solutions are effective

Supporting IT delivery teams to understand what they need to build to take a service live

Defining key metrics and measurements to evaluate impact, and supporting executives to use this data to iterate on service delivery

You will have:
Candidates with previous experience as a Service Designer in a Government agency, and experience working with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard, would be highly regarded.

An existing Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one

Demonstrated experience working as a Service Designer in a medium to large enterprise, delivering design and research activities and a range of industry artefacts including service blueprints

Experience working on projects at various stages of the delivery lifecycle, including tailoring design approaches to timeboxes, costs and constraints

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including building robust relationships with senior management, and the ability to communicate effectively and with influence in writing, in person and via video conferencing
