Our client is a leading property developer delivering one of Queensland’s most ambitious and sustainable master-planned communities. With a strong pipeline of civil & residential projects, they are now seeking a Project Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to the next stage of growth.

You will be working out of their head office in Milton and onsite on Brisbane's northside, this particular developer has secured $350million worth of work over the next 5+ years.

About the Role:

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of infrastructure and civil works across this large-scale development. You’ll work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting to support project delivery.
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor site works and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation across project processes.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering (civil, land development, or infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of engineering design and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
