This organisation operates within a large‑scale agribusiness and food production environment, supporting end‑to‑end supply chains across Australia. With multiple operational sites and a mix of production, processing and corporate employees, the business plays a key role in delivering high‑quality products to both domestic and global markets.
They are now seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join on an initial 15 month fixed-term-contract provide frontline HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical HR advice on policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Support managers with performance management, misconduct, grievances and investigations
- Coach leaders on the application of awards, enterprise agreements and HR policies
- Support policy development, review and implementation
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations capability within operational environments
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, awards and HR best practice
- Experience working with enterprise agreements or unionised workforces
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
