Part-Time | 20–30 Hours Per Week

Minimum Guaranteed Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

$30.00–$35.00 per hour + Super + Monthly Performance Bonus

Equivalent to approximately $31,200–$54,600 per year (plus Super), depending on agreed hours, experience and availability.

Additional hours are available throughout the year based on business needs and your availability, with opportunities to work up to full-time hours (38 hours per week) during our busiest trading periods in July and December.

Urban Rampage is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Supervisor to join our growing team in Nhulunbuy.

This role offers guaranteed weekday hours with the flexibility to increase your hours depending on business growth, seasonal demand and your availability.

The successful applicant will be guaranteed a minimum roster of Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm, with opportunities to work additional hours throughout the year.

During our busiest trading periods—particularly July and December—hours may increase to up to 38 hours per week, providing the opportunity to significantly increase your annual earnings.
