Key Responsibilities

Perform RF and functional testing of PCBAs, RF modules, Ku-band, Ka-band and VSAT communication units.

Execute test procedures and work instructions in accordance with approved SOPs, test plans and quality standards.

Conduct pass/fail testing based on defined specifications and limits.

Perform basic measurements such as frequency, power level, gain, and signal continuity.

Operate RF test equipment including Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer (VNA), Signal Generator, Power Meter, Oscilloscope, etc.

Set up test benches and ensure proper calibration of equipment.

Follow safety and ESD handling procedures.

Support production line testing and troubleshooting of failed units.

Identify and report basic faults or anomalies in RF modules or PCB assemblies.

Assist in re-testing after rework or repair activities.

Maintain proper labeling and tracking of tested units.

Record test results accurately in test logs.

Report deviations or failures through defined escalation channels and quality reporting systems.

Maintain test records and ensure traceability of tested products.

Ensure test setups are clean, organized, and functioning correctly.

Report equipment issues promptly.
