About the Role
As a Moba Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting the Moba egg grader to ensure the grading process runs efficiently and meets production schedules and customer requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Grading Floor Manager and Customer Service team regarding customer requirements
• Configure and make changes to the Moba egg grader during operation in accordance with production schedules and customer requirements
• Supervise and roster staff and communicate production requirements to the team
• Ensure adherence to company QA and WHS policies and procedures
• Conduct daily production and stock reconciliations
• Report any discrepancies to the Grading Floor Manager and Customer Service team

About You
The successful candidate will need to:

• Be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Be highly adaptable to changing customer requirements
• Have good basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
• Be comfortable supervising and coordinating staff
