Based in our Forrestfield office, this role is all about making sure every Grace customer has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
As the primary point of contact for service monitoring and feedback, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and care.
Day to Day
Introduce yourself as the primary point of contact for customers ahead of their delivery
Proactively check in with all delivery clients across regional branches to gather feedback and ensure a positive experience
Monitor service delivery outcomes to ensure commitments and client requirements are met
Liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and coordinate outcomes
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating where needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
The Right Fit
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or support role
Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet service delivery targets
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer outcomes
