About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Lawyer to join our team at Sizo Legal Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal practitioner to contribute to our firm's continued success whilst developing expertise across multiple areas of legal practice. As a Lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive legal services to our clients, in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse matters and build a well-rounded legal practice.

Key responsibilities

Provide general legal advice and services across a range of practice areas to clients

Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and agreements

Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and firm initiatives

Manage client relationships professionally and maintain regular communication regarding matters and progress

Prepare legal correspondence, memoranda and other documentation

Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal templates and precedents

Attend to compliance matters and ensure adherence to professional obligations and firm policies

Collaborate with colleagues to support the delivery of legal services and share knowledge across the firm

Participate in professional development and contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives

What we're looking for

Admission as a Lawyer in Western Australia or eligibility to apply for admission

Solid understanding of general legal practice and experience across multiple areas of law

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly

Excellent research and analytical abilities

Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple matters effectively

Professional judgment and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

A commitment to client service and professional excellence

Willingness to develop expertise across diverse areas of law

Relevant post-admission legal experience is advantageous
