• Salary: Up to SGD 2900

The Talent:

• Minimum: A Level/Diploma in related field
• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
• Can handle pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to plan and balance multiple tasks and priorities with strong follow through.
• Knowledge in SAP is a plus. High level of skills in excel needed (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)

Job Description

• Assists in Packaging Artwork Planning process to deliver artwork on time
• Assists in working with multiple functions (e.g. Marketing, Brand, and Regulation Services) and external parties (e.g. like Printers, Artwork studio and Designers) to ensure deliverables are on time
• Assists in Project Scheduling
• Ability to communicate clearly as most interactions will be over phone, fluency in English is important
• Weekly updates to broader team for status tracking
