MW Group is building Australia's most engaging financial education brand. Think office skits, DTC finance content, and real insight into wealth, tax, and estate planning — not stock photos and jargon.

What you'll do:

Shoot and edit content in-office (min. 2–3 hrs/day on-site for filming — rest is hybrid)

Own the full pipeline: concept → shoot → edit → post → analyse → adjust

Run distribution across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and beyond

Track performance and iterate — this isn't "post and pray"

Bring your own creative ideas to the table, not just execute ours

What you need:

Gun-level video editing skills (CapCut or equivalent — speed and quality matter)

A genuine eye for what makes content stop the scroll

Comfortable being in front of and behind the camera

Full-time availability at the stated salary — no agencies, no contractors
