Requirements

Leading requirements gathering, process design, change impact assessments, systems selection, future state process uplift, develop the traceability matrix, involvement in the configuration workshops and contribute to the testing approach

Conducting deep dive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations

Involvement in the vendor selection, vendor solution scoring and vendor fit gap analysis to the requirements

Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and develop fit for purpose people solutions

Identifying opportunities for improving data quality, reporting capability and system functionality to support strategic outcomes

Senior Business Analyst HR Payroll with deep HR expertise. Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, current and future state process design, development of the end to end traceability matrix, vendor engagement (RFQ), provide functional guidance on solution assessments, knowledge of payroll and HRIS integrations and data.

Deep understanding across the people lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, talent, learning, compensation, IR/ER, award interpretation, rostering, time & attendance, payroll, workforce planning, people reporting and people engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field and at least fifteen (15) years of business analysis experience. Leadership skills using proven business analysis methodologies on a large scale. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint and various databases and data as appropriate to the position and assignment.
