The builder is a privately owned developer-builder with a vertically integrated model. They control quality, programme, and cost from the top down. You'll need:

• Trade background, carpenter or formwork setter preferred
• Demonstrated experience across both structural and finishing phases on multi-residential projects
• Proven ability to run multiple subcontractors and work fronts simultaneously
