Responsibilities:

Customer Service Advisor

Manage the daily intake of vehicles for servicing and ensure smooth service operations

Maintain a high standard of service quality and uphold the company’s service image

Support service improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer experience and service standards

Assist and guide front counter staff to foster teamwork, positive work attitude, and service excellence

Handle service administration, including warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, and VOC targets

Perform invoice closing and prepare quotations as required

Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the service process

Drive positive VOC survey results by maintaining strong customer response rates and promoter scores

Part Sales Consultant

Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate quotations and parts supply services

Place timely orders with the Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) for out-of-stock items upon customer confirmation

Follow up on backorders and keep customers updated on parts arrival and any potential shipment delays

Maintain a clean, organised, and tidy work area in accordance with 5S standards

Regularly review and maintain the display of Accessories and Lifestyle merchandise

Assist with indoor and outdoor events, roadshows, motor shows, and promotional activities

Provide support and coverage for other work areas and duties when required

Monitor fast-moving and potential Accessories and Lifestyle products and provide feedback to maintain healthy inventory levels

Requirements:

Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (for Customer Service Advisor position)

At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive service centre / workshop / customer service preferred.
