About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Platform Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership across our end-user computing (EUC) and digital workplace technologies.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of workplace platforms and services that enable our workforce to be productive, secure, and connected. This includes mobility solutions, PCs and tablets, peripherals, enterprise printing, audiovisual systems, smart meeting rooms, and hardware standards across the organisation.

You will lead and mentor a team of technical specialists, set the strategic roadmap for digital workplace technologies, and drive continuous improvement in user experience, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline or relevant experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in digital workplace or end-user computing leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading high-performing technical teams in structured, ITIL-aligned environments
  • Strong experience with application packaging and automated deployments at scale
  • Demonstrated success managing EUC technologies in medium to large enterprise environments
  • Deep knowledge of modern workplace platforms including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint Manager, and SCCM
  • Experience defining and maintaining hardware standards, lifecycle processes, and asset management practices
  • Proven ability to lead EUC projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Experience supporting enterprise printing, AV systems, and smart meeting room technologies
  • Solid understanding of IT service management frameworks and tools (e.g. ITIL, ServiceNow)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Project leadership experience within Agile, ITIL, or hybrid delivery frameworks
