AME Group Enterprises

We are looking for a creative marketing all-rounder who wants to bring fresh ideas to a growing agtech business. This maternity cover role is a chance to create content that gets seen, supports two complementary brands, and helps tell the story of technology that is changing the way Australian growers work.
About Us
We are two complementary businesses helping Australian growers work smarter. Agri Automation brings robotics and autonomous technology into orchards and vineyards, while AME Group supplies trusted mechanical equipment to wine grape growers across Australia. Together, we combine practical industry experience with emerging agtech, giving our marketing plenty of real stories, useful products and customer outcomes to bring to life.
For a marketing person, this means meaningful content to create, interesting technology to explain, and the chance to help shape how two growing brands show up in the market.
The Role
· Take ownership of day-to-day marketing and communications across both Agri Automation and AME Group.
· Create graphics, digital content and sales collateral that help our products, people and customer stories stand out.
· Keep our web presence fresh and support social media activity across both brands.
· Support the sales team with practical customer-facing materials, brochures and presentations.
· Assist the sales team at trade shows, field days, customer presentations and other events as needed.
· Provide executive assistant support as required, helping keep priorities, communication and follow-up moving smoothly.
· Bring fresh ideas and a hands-on approach to a varied role where your creative work supports sales conversations, strengthens two growing brands and makes technical products easier for customers to understand.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong design and content creation skills, with confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools to produce graphics, video and marketing assets.
• Comfort working with websites and CMS platforms such as WordPress; basic HTML/CSS knowledge would be a bonus.
• Confidence using AI tools to support content creation, workflow efficiency and everyday marketing tasks.
• Clear, practical writing skills, with the ability to turn technical product information into content that customers can understand and want to read.
• A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage your own workload across multiple projects and two related brands.
• Curiosity about agriculture, machinery and agtech. Industry experience is helpful, but not essential; we are happy to teach the right person.
What’s on Offer
• A flexible part-time role, 20–25 hours per week, with potential to increase as the role grows.
• $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
• A six-month maternity cover contract, with potential to extend or become permanent as we grow the team.
• A hybrid working arrangement based out of our Monarto South office.
• A varied, hands-on role where you can contribute ideas, create useful marketing assets and see the impact of your work.
Sound like you? We’d love to hear from you.
Tell us a little about your experience, what you enjoy creating, and why this hands-on marketing role interests you.
