following:

Internal Control

Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal control framework of the group:

1. Perform periodic control testing and process reviews to identify control weaknesses and improvement opportunities.

2. Monitor adherence to internal policies, delegated authority limits, and operating procedures.

3. Track and follow up on corrective actions arising from audits, reviews, and risk assessments.

4. Prepare reports on control deficiencies and remediation progress.

5. Work with team members to improve control deficiencies.

Legal Support

Assist in providing the following legal services:

Review, draft, and maintain commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Support legal and related documentation standardisation and other improvement projects across the region.

Develop and implement structured legal risk assessment and escalation procedures across the region.

Conduct legal research and provide preliminary legal advice on business matters.

Assist in managing disputes, claims, and legal matters.

Legal support, advice, guidance and training as may be required.

Compliance

Support implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on operations.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Support non-compliance case reviews.

Maintain compliance registers, records, and documentation.

Coordinate reporting and filings where required.

Others

Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Degree in law, commerce and/or law, business administration or accountancy or management or business-related degree.

Experience in internal audit or business process reviews with legal skills.

Able to work as a team member and willingness to self-learn and upskill.

Organized and detailed.
