About the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be hands on with the day to day operations of the store, including team development, visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring the store consistently operates to a high standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager or an ambitious Senior Retail Assistant ready to step into leadership.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Assistant.
• A passion for coaching, developing, and motivating a retail team.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Salary of $67,000 to $72,000 plus super.
