About the role

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues. Set up and maintain computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other IT equipment. Install, configure and update software, applications and operating systems. Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT security matters. Monitor and maintain the company's network, internet connection and IT systems.

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email, printer and other office system issues

Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required

Maintain IT asset records, software licences and IT documentation

Assist with data backup, cybersecurity and system maintenance

Provide IT support and guidance to staff on the proper use of IT systems

Perform other IT-related duties as assigned

About you

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

At least 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience

Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware and software troubleshooting

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Able to work independently and provide timely support to users

Experience in a manufacturing or SME environment will be an advantage
