Level Plumbing Wagga Wagga is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Administrator to join our team. This is the perfect entry-level opportunity to learn the ins and outs of business operations from the ground up, supported by a senior team that wants to see you succeed.

About the Role

As our Trainee Administrator, you will be the engine room of our back-of-house operations. You will provide essential support to our senior administration team, ensuring our jobs flow seamlessly from the initial quote right through to invoicing.

You will also take ownership of key workplace infrastructure tasks - including compliance, fleet maintenance, and office upkeep - keeping our daily operations running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations & Job Coordination: Assist with client quotes, coordinate contractors and map out jobs.

The Face & Voice of the Business: Answer the phone as the first point of contact, providing a professional and friendly experience for our clients.

Finance & Reporting Support: Assist with supplier/contractor invoicing and help complete specialized compliance reports.

Compliance & Safety: Own the coordination of team safety and site inductions, manage Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and ensure our field technicians are compliant with their daily workflows and app notes.

Fleet & Office Management: Look after vehicle servicing schedules, track registrations, manage staff uniform orders, and keep the office organized and well-stocked.

What We Are Looking For

No prior plumbing or advanced admin experience required - we will train you! However, the right candidate will possess:

A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.

Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Reliability, trustworthiness, and a true team-player mindset.

Basic computer literacy (comfort learning new software and apps).
