Westside Realty Group is looking for an Experienced Property Manager to join our growing and supportive team in our Truganina office.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about property management, enjoys building genuine relationships and wants to be part of a workplace where teamwork, support and a positive culture really matter.

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your portfolio, providing exceptional end to end service to our Rental Providers and Renters whilst knowing you have a team behind you to assist with administration support.

Ideally, you’ll have:

3+ years of residential property management experience

Strong knowledge of Victorian residential rental legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisation and time-management skills

Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment

Experience with property management software, Property Me, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Express preferred

Great attention to detail and pride in keeping accurate records

Confidence handling maintenance, arrears, disputes and those unexpected PM moments we all know happen!

A solutions-focused approach and the ability to think on your feet

A genuine commitment to providing excellent service to Rental Providers and Renters

The ability to work independently while also being a true team player
