As a permanent part-time Therapeutic Youth Worker (Gladstone location) with Lifestyle Solutions, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. Currently, we are looking for candidates available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights shifts as below:
0600-1400
1400-2200/Sleepover shift

Roster lines vary to suit your needs! With the ability to pick up additional hours if needed.

💼 What You’ll Bring

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services OR willingness to enroll - we can connect you with government-funded training options!
• Current driver’s license and probity clearances

• Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
