OVERVIEW
Our client is a MARKET LEADING air conditioning manufacturer/OEM based in Western Sydney. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide phone based technical product support to service engineers, dealers and contractors. This is fantastic role for an experienced service tech seeking to transition off the tools!
The product support team is relaxed, professional, jovial and very much team centric. You will relish to team comradery, support and non-pretentious work environment.
KEY CRITERIA
Relevant trade qualifications
Outstanding communication skills
Relevant work experience servicing VRV, VRF, split, ducted and other product
An inquisitive mind and thirst for learning
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Drivers license
