An exciting opportunity has become available for an Onsite Building Manager to oversee two luxury residential communities in Mooloolaba.

This role offers a manageable day-to-day workload, established contractor relationships, and the opportunity to join a rapidly growing property group with an expanding presence across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Whether you're an experienced Building Manager looking for your next opportunity or a Property Manager wanting to transition into onsite management, this role provides the perfect balance of autonomy, support and career development.

You will be supported by

• Established gardening and pool contractors across both sites
• A growing property group with an experienced leadership team
• Modern property management systems, including PropertyMe and Console Cloud

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of two residential buildings
• Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance requirements
• Coordinate contractors and oversee repairs and maintenance
• Liaise with residents, contractors and service providers
• Prepare reports and communicate with the Body Corporate
• Oversee common areas, facilities and shared amenities
• Ensure both buildings are maintained to a consistently high standard

About You

• Previous experience in Building Management or Property Management is highly regarded
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage competing priorities
• No specific certifications are required
