In this varied and dynamic role, you will support the execution of member events, nurture brand relationships, and elevate the overall membership experience. Key Responsibilities

· Events Coordination: Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution of exclusive member events and brand partner activations

· Membership Experience: Act as a key point of contact for our members, ensuring their journey- from onboarding to accessing the Members' Lounge, managing their subscription and entering draws- is seamless and premium.

· Brand Relationships: Support the development and management of relationships with our brand partners, assisting with partnership deliverables, communications, and ensuring each collaboration is executed to the highest standard.

· Brand Experience: Monitor and enhance the overall brand experience across all channels, ensuring our values of authenticity and empowerment shine through.

· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running of brand initiatives.
