About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented investment banking professional to join our team. In this role, you will support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), debt capital markets (DCM), and equity capital markets (ECM). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on deal experience and develop your career in investment banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support origination and execution of M&A, DCM, and ECM transactions
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and marketing/valuation decks
- Build complex financial models for valuation and analysis
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific research
- Participate in transaction due diligence and data room management
- Liaise with clients and support senior bankers on client mandates
- Prepare client presentations and handle deal execution administrative tasks
- Supervise and manage interns as needed
Requirements:
- Min 1+ years of relevant work experience (including high-level internships) [Seniority level will be considered based on experience]
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Financial modeling and valuation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- M&A transaction experience (sell-side preferred) is highly advantageous
Advantageous:
- Direct M&A experience from a Big 4 firm
- Investment banking or corporate finance background
