Due to continued national growth, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our tyre distribution business across Australia.

The role:

Develop and execute sales strategy for tyres distribution across Whole Australia (B2B & retail).

Manage, coach and motivate the sales team and field reps.

Grow key accounts (workshops, fleets, dealers and resellers) and win new business.

Analyse sales performance, set targets, prepare forecasts and report to national sales leadership.

Collaborate with marketing, logistics and technical teams to deliver promotions, stock availability and after-sales support.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings — frequent travel across Nation required.

Skills & experience:

3–5+ years’ sales experience in tyres, automotive parts, fleet management or related industry.

Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and lead a team.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building and account management skills.

Valid Australian driver’s licence;

Victoria-based or willing to relocate/travel across the state.
