Job Scopes:
Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve operational excellence
Handle operational issues and support continuous process improvements
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of freight forwarding experience
Knowledge of Air & Sea import/export operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office; TradeNet knowledge is an advantage
