Title: Recruitment Consultant
Hourly Rate: $50 - $55 p/h plus super
Location: Murdoch
Temp: 6 months with a possibility of extension or go permanent
Easily accessible by public transport
ASAP start
Onsite only for initial 6 months

• End-to-End Cycle Management: Facilitate admin-heavy recruitment cycles from application through to offer, managing high-volume scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and seamless execution.
• Selection & Panel Participation: Actively sits in on interview panels for a wide variety of roles, delivering a positive candidate experience while providing guidance on recruitment best practice.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Oversees rigorous pre-employment compliance checks, ensuring alignment with evolving public sector and organisational governance requirements.
• Strategic & Process Improvement: Supports organisational growth and new business initiatives by continuously refining talent acquisition workflows.

Ideal Candidate

• Recruitment experience, ideally within an internal recruitment or public sector environment
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible as we respond to organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• High attention to detail and confidence working across recruitment systems, spreadsheets and data
• A proactive approach with the initiative to see tasks through to completion
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering a great recruitment experience
