About the Role:

A pure Residential Business Developnent opportunity with the sole focus purely on securing new managements within a well-established North Shore network. You’ll partner with a fast-moving, entrepreneurial Director who values action and results.
With a 30-person office and growth underway, this is a genuine step forward in your career. All management is supported by an experienced in-house PM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and convert new landlords across the local market
• Conduct rental appraisals and secure management agreements
• Build relationships with buyers, investors, and developers
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and property management teams to drive growth

Skills & Experience

• Background in residential property management (essential)
• Proven ability to win new business and convert landlords
• Strong understanding of leasing and compliance processes
• Confidence presenting to investors and property owners
• Familiarity with PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Flickitover or similar
