# Injection Molding

Responsibilities:

Management of Engineering Projects: Take ownership of assigned engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Cost Estimation Assistance: Collaborate with the team to assist in the cost estimation for projects, helping ensure that the projects remain within budget while meeting client requirements.

Coordination & Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated and milestones are met.

Project Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Competencies & Requirements:

Education: Master / Degree holder in Engineering or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management Knowledge: Solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and secondary operations.
