About the Role

Join Symphony Innovation as we expand our presence in Singapore as the authorized distributor for world-renowned scientific instrumentation brands specializing in Thermal Analysis and Rheology. This role offers excellent exposure to advanced materials characterization technologies, comprehensive application training by our principal scientists, and opportunities to work with customers from leading industries, research institutes, and universities.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or other related Science disciplines.

Preferably with experience in scientific laboratories, analytical instrumentation, or application support.

Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and passion for analytical instrumentation are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience or knowledge in materials characterization, particularly Thermal Analysis (DSC, TGA, TMA, DMA) and Rheology, are highly encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of chemistry principles, laboratory techniques, and analytical instrumentation.

Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers.

Possess own transportation and willing to travel for customer support and training.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical support and expertise to customers and sales teams regarding the application and use of analytical instruments.

· Perform laboratory testing, analysis, result evaluation, and result presentation to sales team and customer.

· Responsible for providing training and technical support to customer on products that distributed by Symphony Innovation Pte Ltd.

· Involve in seminar, workshop, conference, and webinar by being the speaker and demonstrator for the events.

· To assist the division in marketing their products, especially those requiring demonstration, and those requiring sharing of application knowledge with the customer.

· To liaise with our principals in an efficient and professional manner to assure that customers get the required support & technical information.

· To maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all your dealings with our customers, and to represent the company in a faithful manner, presenting the company at all times in the best possible light to our customers.

· To maintain a positive work relationship with other employees within the company, by having an outgoing and enthusiastic manner.

· To work with Application Manager / Sales Personnel to achieve the division goals.
